Our hourly planning calls are your one-stop solution for cutting through the chaos and getting things done with a professional planner by your side.
Need clarity, a game plan or seal of approval for your event? Whether it’s brainstorming, troubleshooting, or just making decisions easier, let’s tackle it together.

Calls Consists of 1 hour of planning services via phone call, video chat, or email to use however you need help.
Examples of topics include design direction, budget overview/creation, discussing planning challenges, timeline preferences, or general planning services and advice.
*Book 2 calls and get $50 off your 3rd session.
Floor Plan and Seating Chart Layout

I’ll create a clear, organized layout for your event, making sure your space flows smoothly and every guest has a comfortable spot. This includes arranging tables, seating, and key event areas so your vision comes to life.

Event hosting services available to purchase by the hour. May require an individual quote.
